Basement floors, porches, stairs, walls, feature walls, patios, pool decks and walkouts, finished the way you want them.
Taking down the old house, excavation for the new one and hauling it all away, with the backfill and grading after.
Who we are
Country Estates Construction was founded in 1991 by Henry, and the company has grown with the work of his sons, Michael, Andrew, and Matthew,. We are rooted in Hamilton, Halton, Guelph and the communities around them, and we take on everything from small residential jobs to large commercial projects.
Septic systems are our specialty and what set us apart. Around them we built the rest: concrete finishing, excavation, demolition and our own trucking, so one company can take a site from an old house to a new foundation.

For a septic system we handle the whole permit process: the paperwork completed accurately and submitted promptly.
We explain each step as we go, and we clean up and make the site safe at the end of every day.

Country Estates is an amazing company. Our company built a 5000 square ft custom home and used them to provide demolition of existing residence, cistern and septic installation, basement and garage concrete floors, large concrete modern walk way, in-ground pool and concrete patio surround. They also did our drainage and grading.
